Nick Ellerby Nick Ellerby is a leading edge practitioner. He is a pioneer of whole person learning and fosters authentic collaboration and the raising of individual and organisational consciousness.
Nick is a co-director of The Oasis School of Human Relations, a peer based learning organisation developing 21st Century Relationships for meaningful, sustainable and responsible action.
He is a consultant to companies that seek to develop more collaborative and responsible business practice, and to those that recognise the need for embedding deep cultural change that nurtures and challenges more of the whole person to engage in the world around them. His background is in behavioural sciences, dialogue approaches, distributed leadership and whole organisational development. He brings experience of director and consultant roles within business, third and public sectors as well as trustee and chair roles of UK and global networks.
Nick is director of the 1-1 Executive Development Forum, facilitator of the new Responsibility, Action, Stewardship, Collaboration and Authentic Leadership programme; senior advisor of the Globally Responsible Leadership Foundation; partner of the Windsor Castle Leadership Dialogue, and Fellow of the RSA. Nick enjoys walking, reading and writing, and along with Marion, seeks an enriching blend of life and work.
