Johan Gunnars

Johan Gunnars’ habitat is in the borderland of entrepreneurship, customer offerings & business development. Johan is passionately focused on constantly improving ’what’s in it for the customer’ – and in the process helping companies succeed by better serving customer’s ever-changing needs.

Johan is the director and founder of Blueberry, a management company specialised in helping companies on competitive markets ’Climbing the Value Chain’, Chairman of the Board of Entrepreneurship foundation Drivhuset Malmö – assisting students in starting 120 new companies during 2009. Prior to starting Blueberry Johan acted as Business Development Director at BTJ and as Sales- & Marketing Director at Bokus.com. At the turn of the millennium he co-founded and managed Avail Intelligence – a market-leading online sales optimization company.

Johan grew up in Sweden, studied Law, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration in Sweden and the U.S. before starting his career at leadership consultancy MiL Institute and management consultancy Fluidminds. Johan sings tenor in a choir and enjoys music with a soul. He lives with his wife and two daughters in the south of Sweden.
