Sverre Stoje
Sverre Stoje enjoys helping organisations that span more than one culture to align their people with strategy. He further specialises in finding practical solutions to improve relationships at every level of an organisation.
Sverre has a background as a lawyer, diplomat and HR Executive. He has been associated with the Foresight Group for 20 years as a director of intrapreneurship programs. Sverre is Norwegian and today he runs his own advisory service with Malaysia as his base and South East Asia as his main geographical focus. He has been an advisor and coach to major companies including the Japanese NYK Shipping, Aker Oil&Gas in Malaysia, Hilton International in Singapore and Queensland Railroads in Australia. He has further started a network of business executives from various industries and companies in Malaysia to address the diversity between Western and Asian culture. Together with his wife he enjoys sports and music as well as playing the piano and the guitar. His credo is; “dream, implement, and have fun!”
